Fall Pruning and Irrigation Blowouts Reminder
Hello Trutina Residents,
With Fall fast approaching we wanted to get residents informed about the procedure for services such as; Irrigation Blowouts, leaf clean-up, and fall pruning.
Irrigation blowouts are scheduled tentatively for October 16th through the 18th. All homeowners must have the water supply valve closed from inside the home by no later than October 15th. If your water is not turned off, your home will not have its irrigation system blown out.
Fall Prune will occur shortly after the blowouts in the community. The fall prune includes all plant material that is within planter beds around your homes, between picket fences and the sidewalk, and alleyway planters. If you would like your entire property taken off the pruning list, please contact [email protected] or call Rockwood Property Management at (509)-321-5921. If you would like just select plant material within your property not pruned, please place orange, yellow, or red flagging tape on the plant material you do not want pruned to symbol for crews to not prune.
Fall Leaf Cleanup will happen on or around the time of the fall prune. Crews will finish the season with one final mow as well to bag any remaining fallen leaves within the community. The vendor will clean out leaves from planter beds as well as all common or homeowner-turfed areas to ensure thorough cleaning of the community.
Please stay alert for notices with the official dates of the Fall Prune and Leaf Cleanup services shortly.

PAYMENT REMITTANCE INSTRUCTIONS:Attached please find an Annual Disclosure, which is an educational effort sent to all homeowner email contacts to ensure you know where and how to access important HOA information. Please take a few minutes to review and become more acquainted with your HOA as well as the online resources offered through Rockwood Property Management (RPM).
For homeowners enrolled in AutoPay (through the HOA Portal), debit of the January 1st assessment has been initiated by the HOA’s bank and should be posted to your checking account (or credit card statement) within 3 business days. Provided that you are properly enrolled in AutoPay and your payment information is correct, no further action is needed to ensure payment of the January 1st assessment. If the payment doesn’t post by the end of this week, please contact RPM. Coupon books are on the way! Homeowners that are enrolled in AutoPay will not receive a coupon book. If you pay any means other than AutoPay (through the Portal), you can expect your coupon book to arrive by mail within about 10 days (based on typical mail delivery timelines). A hard copy of the attached Annual Disclosure has also been sent with the coupon books to ensure that all owners receive a copy. As a reminder, the HOA’s governing documents provide for a 30-day grace period for the remittance of assessments. Coupon books are provided as a courtesy but are not required for payment remittance. To ensure timely receipt of your payment, please select a payment method and follow the instructions attached hereto. As always, please reach out with any questions or concerns. Happy New Year! |
